At NADRAH, every fabric is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your fabric must:

• Be uncut, unwashed, and unused.
• Be in its original condition and packaging.
• Be free from perfume, stains, odors, or any signs of use.

Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items.
• Gift cards.
• Fabric that has been cut to a custom length.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fabric arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

Contact us through our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will share return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the fabric is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
